'Spring: A New Begining'

Feeling sluggish, unmotivated, can't achieve those goals?  Kinesiology empowers you with knowledge to work through blocks & get you back into balance.

You might be feeling like this after hibernating through Winter - & this is OK!  It's a time to slow down, rejuvenate, and build up energy for the warmer months.  Now that Spring has arrived, it's time to put this stored energy towards getting your body active & modifying your diet, all in preparation for Summer.

The Wood Element (can be activated in Spring) consists of the Liver & Gall Bladder organs which relate to certain physical & emotional symptoms.  Such as:

  • Inflexibility
  • Muscle stiffness
  • Judgement
  • Anger
  • Indecision

In my Kinesiology sessions we work together using muscle testing to find your blocks and give you the support to move through them.  In the mean time, to prepare your body & mind for summer -

Eat:  fresh greens, young beets & carrots, grains, basil, fennel, rosemary, dill & bay leaves.
Exercise:  to get your energy flowing
Mind:  notice all those things in your life you can be grateful for
