Membership Levels
ICMA has three registration levels:
- Friends and Associates of ICMA
- Student
- Registered Practitioner
Friends and Associates of ICMA
Health care professionals and general public who are interested in learning more about complementary medicine.
Free access to all ICMA talks, held approximately every 6 weeks on a variety of complementary medicine related topics.
Student
To apply for a student membership you must:
- Be a student of the Diploma of Kinesiology or Diploma of Mind Body Medicine or equivalent with more than 1000 hours of face to face training;
AND:
- have additional training in at least 3 of the categories in the table below
Registered Practitioner
To be a Registered Practitioner you must:
- have degree level complementary medicine qualifications
OR:
- have an Adv Dip in Holistic Kinesiology, Adv Dip in Kinesiology, Advanced Diploma of Integrative Complementary Medicine or equivalent with more than 1500 hours of face to face training;
OR:
- satisfy the requirements for a Registered Holistic Kinesiologist
OR:
- have training (of at least 100 hours) in EACH of the following categories:
