Osteopathy and Vibrational healing

Katia Twyford qualified in 1992 at the European School of Osteopathy in UK. For 6 years she has lived and worked in the Sultanate of Oman (Middle East) and then immigrated to Australia in 2000, where she first set up practise in Northern New South Wales, before moving to the Central Coast. She has been practising at Invitation to Health as part of a Health Care team since 2006.

This work shop aims at allowing practioners to experience first hand the effect of body awareness through image work and sound healing to help with pain management. In her practise Katia has helped many patients understand their health condition by looking at their whole life experience, physical and emotional. It is often past traumas (physical and emotional) that prevent the body from healing itself. During the workshop Katia will cover a simple way of checking for traumas held in the body and simple ways of starting to release them.
